   Great experience. This was my first time here and we had a large group of 14. Prompt service. Food was quick, hot, and delicious. It is difficult to find a location that everyone will like but everyone loved it.

   A favorite place to dine at when visiting AZ. We had the best service in a long time from our server, Jasmine and Asst. GM Teagan. The pasta and meatball selections provide a wide variety of combinations and have been consistently delicious. Salads are fresh and can be served to share. The desserts are next level if you like Italian pastry and gelato.

   overall, exceptional experience ends with a high note of taking extra cannolis home. Services great food is great. Environment is great. Highly recommend. We were on a short vacation and actually ate there twice.

   We arrived about 15 minutes early for our reservation and were told we’d have to wait until our reservation time to be sat. Okay they were busy, no problem - except there were multiple tables open (including the one they sat us at). We were sat and waited 10 minutes for water, another 15 to have our order taken, and ultimately it took well over an hour for our dinner to arrive. We also had to ask for water refills multiple times before it happened. All this time I had a direct line of sight to who I can only assume was the manager (guy probably in his 30’s or 40’s in a blue button up and suspenders) standing at the reception desk with the 3 hostesses doing absolutely nothing but talking to them for over 30 minutes. I saw one of them pick up, clean, and put back the same stack of menus multiple times to look busy. And one of the hostesses (a woman with short dark hair) did nothing other than seat one table and talk to this manager during the 2 hours it took us to eat. The manager appeared to have no idea what was going on in his restaurant. I didn’t see him touch a table, there was no apologies for the long wait - nothing. Frankly that turned me off to the restaurant more than the slow service and just ok food. Speaking of food - everything was just fine. We got fried calamari, which this breading was falling off of and was a bit chewy, even for calamari. My partner got a salad that came out with no dressing. Then it took several minutes to flag down the waiter to get dressing and several more to get the dressing. Once we finished our salads, we began the long wait for dinner. When our food finally arrived, mine was wrong. We both got a meatball and pasta dish. I will say my partner enjoyed his sausage meatballs and truffle mushroom sauce. I ordered steak mushroom with carbonara. I’m not sure what meat I got, but it was poultry of some kind. The carbonara tasted like chicken stock and Parmesan. Not great. Ultimately not an experience I will want to repeat.

   Place was SO LOUD! Service slow. Food was ok. Probably won’t go back. (The waiter was nice and was doing all he could do)

   The food was spectacular. We ordered CRESTE De Gallo with Marinara and Tomaso’s Sicilian Meat Ball. We also had the Frutti Di Mare. Our waiter Josh was outstanding and made sure we had everything we needed! David came by our table to follow up on our meal and wished my girlfriend a happy birthday. This is one of my favorite places in Chandler and I’m never disappointed.
