Located on the 36th floor of the Ala Moana Hotel, The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood restaurant is the new home to a space known historically for memorable evenings with Oahu's most epic views.

Upon entering from the elevator on Ala Moana Hotel's top floor, each new diner will be enthralled by crystal chandeliers and live music played on The Signature's white grand piano. When it comes to choosing a table, the opportunities are endless: The intimate bar, piano lounge, vintage-style ocean view booths, an exclusive experience in our wine cellar, or any of our luxurious mountain room or ocean room tables.

    The food was to die for!! Asparagus carbonara was so delicious and unique! Best steak ever! Oysters on the half shell were wonderful! The view was awesome and Pono our server lived up to his name. He was excellent!!

    The steak was excellent, but the sides were nothing special. The truffle mashed potatoes left a lingering after taste of truffle oil. While the restaurant is beautiful, the noise level made it difficult for conversation. The piano music added to the noise.

    Overall a wonderful experience from excellent food to great ambience, appropriate music and that view. It was busy so at times there was a little wait on things but not for any other reasons than then it was probably nearing capacity for guest. Will 100% visit again.

    Beautiful room and view. Our host was great but our server seemed to want to turn our table as soon as we were seated. It was my wife’s birthday and her friendliness was taken as “she’s had too much to drink” so we left. It was a very busy night so that may have been the reasoning but it was a disappointing experience nonetheless.

    The food that was plated was spectacular. We had the lamb shank, filet, and fish. The service kept things at a reasonable pace and was mainly attentive. It was nice as the front of the house held back from seating us as we said we weren't on a timeline to get a window table. We hadn't requested it, but it was nice of them to do that. The bar staff was also top hand making the small wait extremely enjoyable.

    One of the best Steak house I have been to. The meat selection was good and the preparation of such food was excellent. The employees were very courteous and will keep this place in mind for good dining. Will come again next time.
