   Food was great, however my friend ordered an expresso. The amount just about came up to the bottom of the handle. Not worth the price

   Waiter was trying and would need to be prompted for specific utensils appropriate for the meals ordered and where honey was missing from the pot of ginger and honey tea. His saving grace was that he was honest and alert to bring our mobile phone to us outside when I mistakenly left it at the dining table. Although the opulent restaurant is established at a convenient location in Central London, it is sadly surrounded by construction, beggars and poor lighting. Meals were not genuinely tasty or could be justified as authentic ingredients and high international standards. Generally found the meals were overpriced, Drinks were good

   First time at Soak, we were very impressed. The service was great, food lovely and the restaurant was bright, airy and beautifully decorated. Overall we had a great lunch.

   I booked a table pre theatre trip for my mums 70th birthday. When booking I let them know this in the comments box. When we arrived they had put balloons on the table and at the end of the meal came over to sing happy birthday with a dessert and sparkler. It was a lovely touch without being asked to do this. Food was lovely with a good selection to choose from, great service from all the staff including front of house.

   Such a shame we was told there would be live music on Thursdays, hence why we booked a Thursday! But apparently that isn’t the case! The service wasn’t great, drinks took a long time to come, and to clear our table from started and mains took ages as it seemed like no one wanted to be the ones to clear it! The atmosphere was very quiet.

   Pleasant discovery so close to Victoria station. Good ambience, tables well separated and private. Service was very good - sharp, attentive and polite. Food - good wide ranging menu - all dishes delivered were very good and competent, if not wow, and food well presented. Little to fault and much to praise.

   We all had an amazing time celebrating my wife’s 30th birthday. The service and food was fantastic and such good value for money. Our waiter Roberto was great and so helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone and would love to go again.

    This is the perfect place for any type of celebration. We were there for a friend's 60th birthday lunch. The food was good, the drinks are a little on the high side but for London I suppose this is normal, however the cocktails definitely have too much ice and at £12.00 each it would be good to have more drink and less ice!! The team were very attentive and made a point of knowing who's birthday it was. Thank you very much for the dessert with the candle in and the happy birthday song that was a lovely touch. Once the meal was ended we were able to move to the bar area to continue our conversation and enjoy some more drinks. We will definitely be back on another special occasion.
