Thank you for a memorable experience. It was our anniversary before the baby.

The food was delicious; however, I expected a bit more privacy given the prices. They placed my to-go food in a paper container and put it in a grocery bag that said "Thank you." For the price we paid, we anticipated a higher level of service.

So I have eaten at this restaurant several times in the past and must say the chef is amazing. However on this visit we had a terrible waitress (Leslie) she came over with her hands full on her first visit to our table. Asked if we wanted some cocktails to start, we said no but that we were ready to order; instead of either dropping off the dishes she was carrying and coming back to WRITE down our order she says ok tell me what you want. We placed our order; she proceeded to deliver the food and drinks she was carrying and comes back with (1) drink. I asked her where was my drink which she forgot that I ordered. Then when the food arrives again my ladies order was wrong, she has strict food restrictions and we CLEARLY told Leslie this when we ordered. Another gentleman I hope I get his name correct (Arthur) came over as he saw that there was an issue with the order. He was polite offered to bring the manager over and solve the issue either by replacing the order or getting something else. (Perfect) The manager did come over and apologized and also had no issue with replacing and making the dish correctly The waitress Leslie never apologized nor did she come back for over (30) minutes to check and see if things were okay. We needed steak sauce and a refill of a soda that (Arthur) helped us out with. Leslie is NOT a waitress capable of working in a restaurant of this type. She might be more suited for a chain style restaurant. As long as she is employed I can't return to the Steakhouse...

We enjoyed another great dinner at the Steakhouse. We sat at the bar for an early dinner before going out for a concert. It was quiet and didn’t have a lot of people because it was so early — this made for a relaxed atmosphere with great attention from the bar staff. We loved the focaccia, the wedge salad, and the gumbo. The crispy chicken wasn’t very crispy, but was tasty (and a large portion). Joy, the bartender, took amazing care of our family, and we are looking forward to returning.

We had a fantastic dinner at the Steakhouse! Sat at the bar, which was perfect for enjoying our meal while watching football and basketball on the screens. Joy, the bartender, did a wonderful job taking care of us. Our cocktails were delicious, she recommended good wine pairings with our food, and was friendly and attentive while juggling a full bar. Dinner was great; we tried a little bit of everything. Loved the Natchitoches meat pies, gumbo, twice baked potato, and the red snapper. The focaccia was slow to arrive bc they were baking it, and the NY Prime wasn’t as well trimmed as it should have been. Thankfully the carrot cake dessert was perfection. Looking forward to returning.

The waitress was very nice. The drinks were timely and good. Our food took an hour and a half to be served. We got the steaks and they were cold when served and we did not receive the sides for an additional 20 minutes after that. Very disappointing.

The waitress was excellent. She attended to our every need with a smile. The food was great especially the salads and the shrimp scampi. We would recommend The Steakhouse and we will be back on our next visit to New Orleans.
