   Fish and Chips were great, crowd and overall ambience was enjoyable as well. App came out at same time as the meal which made it hard to eat is all at one time. Otherwise, great experience and will be back again soon.

   What a fun night we had touring the brewery and then eating at the Tap Room. The service was outstanding and the food was really delicious. We ordered appetizers and beer that was made on-site. Definitely will return!

   Food is very good and a nice variety. Been is excellent with a very large selection. Always enjoy stopping in.

   Our server was slow to return after taking our drink order. Luckily a manager came by to check on us and took our order.

   Not crowded at all on Friday midday. Had an allergy menu ready to share with us. QR code lets you order drinks and food at your own pace and without having to wait for servers. We were checked on many times… since there wasn’t a lot of customers, but a lot of staff. We had meat and cheese board, pretzel and sausage roll. Meat & cheese board was just ok. Others were great. Drinks were awesome- Baltimore blonde and lemon raspberry experimental one were our favs.

   The Irish New Year celebration is a great idea and event for the entire family. However, although the band was great, it was too loud for this venue. I would recommend a more refined band or no music at all.

   Everything was great! We had a large group of 16, and they were able to kindly get us two high tops together so we could have a nice birthday gathering. The food and drinks were excellent as always, and everyone had a great time. I highly recommend Guinness for a good time - small or large group.

   We hadn't been there in quite some time. Last time was 3 months BEFORE Covid. It's not even close to the same restaurant. The upstairs restaurant seems to be gone. We ate in the bar area. That's one LOUD room. As for the food: The brown bread and butter was very good. The pretzel with mustard and beer cheese was also quite good. Their mustard is delicious!! The Caesar salad dressing is good and light. 3 of the 4 of us got crab cake sandwich. They were... okay. Definitely not the best. Broiled, but soggy. So much so that all of us took them off the bun (which was actually tasty) because it was just mush. The potatoes were FANTASTIC!! The burger was okay. I've found it odd that they had no tomatoes for my husband's burger. That's just me. The beer list was more than a bit disappointing considering we were at a Guinness brewery. The service is crazy. You can wait for a server (for quite a while), scan the QR code and order through that (and never talk to a person), or order at the bar. Once we finally talked to a server, it wasn't so bad. The restaurant is crazy loud. Not an intimate setting at all. For every $100 you spend, you can go to the store and get 1 free pint glass While I'm mentioning the store, I can't leave this out. It is honestly cheaper to order from guinness.com and pay for shipping than it is to buy stuff there. It's beyond retail pricey. Overall, I could never go back and be okay, which is sad because I raved about it from the last time I was there.

    Service was slow, appetizers did not come out before the entrees, some of the food was cold, and dishes weren’t promptly cleared from table. But, they did a good job bringing out the beers!! Had planned to make a little holiday party out of our meal, but weren’t allowed to bring in outside food & beverages contained in the packages. Was sort of a bummer! I know some of my party were so disappointed in food & service that they will not be back.
