   Modern restaurant with a good buzz and helpful attentive staff. The food is plentiful and well presented. The wings were crispy in a delicious sauce, we had the combo. Crackling was crispy and puffy with spicy seasoning, the smoked meats ribs and sausage were flavoursome and still juicy, the ribs and pork belly were perfectly rendered. Plenty for 2-3 people. The lettuce skewer with kimchi and sarasser was unusual but a great accompaniment.

   We started off with some bread which was absolutely lovely, however the mains did let the meal down. I had the surf and turf but unfortunately the steak was so chewy it was inedible. My partner had the mixed grill which he said was a quite dry. We wasn’t asked how the food was or given and opportunity to bring up the issues, had to chase for plates to be removed off table and again for the bill. Also there were a few items on the bill that we didn’t have so a good job we checked through it. All in all we did leave feeling a little underwhelmed as this was a treat for our anniversary. Probably would not return.

   The best chicken and chips ever and I mean ever. The chicken was beautifully moist and fantastic flavour of paprika. Wonderful rib eye steak. Perfectly cooked . Hand cut chips were delicious . Generous size portions. We thought we would need a doggy bag but it was so good we ate the lot.

    Our waitress and the staff was top notch - a fantastic meal and so enjoyed the service - our waitress was so helpful with not only meal choices - but also with history and directions
