    On Sunday, February 9th, we're serving up SNAX for the big game. You can expect your Super Bowl party favorites, a la Vandal x La Grassa. There's a reasonable chance we'll have the game on, but only if we finish our crash course in Roman Numeral literacy with enough time to ring the projector lady.     The food was well executed—each dish showcased great flavors, thoughtful preparation, and beautiful presentation. The cocktails were equally impressive, expertly crafted and perfectly balanced. However, despite the excellent food, the pacing of the meal left much to be desired. For a dinner that cost over $200, we expected a more relaxed and well-timed experience. Instead, the courses felt rushed, arriving too quickly without much time to fully enjoy each one. The check was brought out while we were still savoring dessert, making it feel like we were being hurried out the door. In total, our meal lasted about 60 minutes, which took away from the overall enjoyment of the evening. While I’d love to return for the food and drinks, I’d hope for a more thoughtfully paced dining experience next time. A meal at this level should feel like an experience, not a race.

    Still doesn’t disappoint. If I could change anything it would be that we’re not rushed as much. Place is small and they want to make sure they can turnover in time.

    My friend and I had such a great dinner! The restaurant is smaller, but very cozy at night. Our waiter was excellent and the food was delicious!! Both dishes were like nothing we’d ever had before and we loved them. The drinks were also excellent. I asked about one of the liquors and the woman making the cocktails was so sweet and came over to our table to describe it to me! I would definitely recommend this spot for a date night or dinner with a friend!

    The Vandal was fantastic again. My favorite steak in town! the Beet and Citrus salad was delicious and the Trout Rillettes superb. Service was great and wines very tasty.

    Three of us had the Steak Frittes. Steak was awful—fatty and rubbery. Cocktails were also terrible, and small, and expensive. $450 for a bad meal and crappy cocktails.

    Overall a highly satisfying experience. Had the steak, duck, and several cocktails all were excellent. This staff has high standards and it shows in their work. We will be back soon.

    The Vandal was fantastic! Glad the smoked Trout Rillettes are back. Smoked Beets and Fig sdish was out of this world. Shared the great Steak Frites! Great service and wine.
