Today was very Special! I got engaged on top of Sulphur Mtn then came down to the Vermilion Room at the Banff Springs Hotel. When we told the staff what just happened they went out of their way to make it so Special for us ! Drew that served us was amazing and should get a raise , to all the staff great job ! No wonder it’s a top destination to visit in the world 🌎 we will be back !!! Thank you ! Todd and Suzy

King Crab Chowder was excellent as was our server. It did take about 10 minutes to be seated however, despite having a reservation. I think it was because they were changing service from breakfast to lunch. Beautifully appointed room and we had a lovely table by the window and fresh flowers on the table.

Vermillion Room offered an elegant Christmas Eve dinner in a perfect setting. Food was abundant, varied, and gourmet. Service was outdtanding, which is our recurring experience there. The smoked fish and raw bar was amazing and desserts were art.

Wow, wow and wow! Seated at the window in front of the ice rink was like a beautiful Hallmark card. Food was spectacular. Service was top notch with servers even taking the time to guide us on what to see in the hotel. Can’t wait to come back!
