Executive Chef Hamish Lindsay brings global culinary expertise with a focus on flavors that embody the island’s spirit—think local ingredients reimagined in dishes like the Bermuda Chowder Tortellini and the signature Surf & Turf featuring vanilla-poached Bermuda lobster. 3 for 3! Another fantastic meal. Favorites: table side Cesar salad, avocado and beet salad, side veggies, Mac and cheese, 12 spiced chicken and all steaks cooked to perfection.

I am not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best meals and dining experiences we've had anywhere. My wife and I, and a few friends visited after we had eloped at Jobson's Cove an hour prior. The staff was fantastic, drinks were amazing and the food was perfect. Most of us had steaks, cooked to perfection. Every bite truly delicious. After learning we were coming from our elopement, the staff all signed a card, announced us as newlywed to the other guests to make us feel special, surprised us with a dessert, and even found us at our resort afterwards to return a wedding memento we had left behind by accident. Can't say enough good things about our experience there. We count ourselves very lucky to have chosen to go to The Waterlot for our first dinner as a married couple.

We had a fantastic evening at Waterlot! It is reminiscent of the old Waterlot which really made me feel warm - the food was immaculate the service was amazing! There was never a moment where someone wasn’t there when we needed something! We are planning our next date night there as we speak! Thanks for making our anniversary celebration and first date night of the year a special one!

Amazing time back at the Waterlot!!! So happy to be able to experience the old school charm back at the Waterlot once again. Food was fabulous, albeit expensive. Drinks were good value. Service was excellent. The dessert menu was not overly enticing for me personally. Overall a great experience.
