The Chilean Sea Bass at West End Grill used to be the standard that I measured similar dishes at other restaurants. No longer. It is just passable now.

My husband had rack of lamb and I had the halibut. We also had the shrimp dumplings and the tuna appetizers. We finished it off with the chocolate dessert. Chef did a wonderful job. Service was impeccable and we were well attended to by Chris. Also a shout out to the bartender who made a perfect martini on the rocks and old-fashioned. We haven’t been here for many years and we’re not sure why. Will be back soon.

Food was good. However they somehow didn’t have our reservation, even though I showed it to them on the OpenTable app, and I’d just confirmed the reservation the day prior. The restaurant was half empty and they acted like it was a problem not finding our reservation until they ended up finally finding it.
