   Start off, it was our 11th wedding anniversary. Ellie our server was a 10 + if you could please ask for her. Great restaurant 👌

   The Wilbur Mansion is a lovely building inside and out. The ambiance was great with tables spaced far enough apart and I loved the decor. Our drinks, bread and salads were special. The main course came highly recommended by the server. We both got sea bass with forbidden rice-the sea bass was quite salty so I only at about half of the serving. We didn’t say anything to the server at the time as I find this to be very awkward and not always worth it. Dessert was just ok-I could have made something better on my own. The last thing that I did not enjoy was the communal bathroom for men and women. All of the stalls are completely enclosed but you wash up all together. I’m always excited to see the restrooms of such beautifully decorated restaurants, but this was disappointing.

   Everything was amazing for our first visit to The Wilbur. All 3 of us loved the mussels appetizer and our mains....the scallops, fish tacos and steak sandwich. Very substantial portions, great taste and prices very reasonable. We will definitely be back. The charm of the building is really awesome. The staff were very attentive but not over the top, just right. Seasonal cocktails were very tasty and also not expensive by local standards. Thank you to the entire team!

   What a lovely way to spend an afternoon and celebrate our January birthdays. The food and cocktails were excellent, and my nephew enjoyed the flavored sodas. The Sea bass was done perfectly buttery and tender; the pork chop was in a class by itself--plump and juicy. The burgers and steak sandwich take those standards to a new level. Our server was a gem...attentive, but allowed us to relax and enjoy the meal. The Wilbur is such a welcome addition to the Bethlehem restaurant community!

    Overall fabulous!! Beautifully restored 1800's architecture, delicious food and drinks and an attentive staff provided outstanding service. Pricing is reasonable for the quality, quantity and presentation. I highly recommend the drunken mussels appetizer, sea bass, pork chop and the mini chocolate peanut butter cake. Everything was amazing!
