   As usual, the food was outstanding. I got the 16oz. prime rib which was perfectly cooked. The server, Faith, was wonderful and polite. She did a great job making sure everything was to our liking. The owners Deborah and John are always friendly and ask us how our meals were making sure we were satisfied. Thank you again for a great experience!

   Another phenomenal meal at Three Birds. From service, to plating, to ambiance, value and especially flavor, Three Birds is the very best in the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   The food was delicious as always. It's good to know when colleagues are in town I can always recommend a restaurant I can count on to deliver an excellent dinner and atmosphere to satisfy their wishes.

   Waitress was distracted and forgetful. First time our meals were mediocre, as we have always had wonderful meals before. Oysters were smaller than usual, but tasty. Bartender needs to learn how to make a Rusty Nail. We will go back, just disappointed once. We love Three Birds!

   We have been going to this restaurant for decades. With all the changes over the years, the rack of lamb had been my favorite. Last night was exceptionally great all around for our entire party of 4. The drinks, the meal, and service were spot on. Kudos to the chef and bartender last night- they nailed it.

   We had a great experience at Three Birds, seated quickly. The waitress was great and very attentive. We were apprehensive being our experience with New Years Eve dinners being very loud and prices doubled. We didn't have that issue here, highly recomend. The food was very good and prepared as we requested.

   Came highly recommended but I was somewhat disappointed. Dined alone, as expected I was sat in a corner which was fine. Several table seated after me were greeted first, again, somewhat expected but disappointing. Ordered a bourbon on the rocks and asked to have my drink before settling on supper. Several more tables sat and so my drink was empty for some time before I saw my server again. Poire de Bougelais and white Rioja both unavailable apparently? Ordered Brut by the glass and oysters. Oysters served on a lukewarm plate, no ice. No bowl for shells. Ordered 8 oz tenderloin mid rare with scallops, garlic demi and Pinot Nior avaliable by the glass. Pace of meal was somewhat poor. Tenderloin and scallops were tasty, though steak was medium. Potatos were luke warm. Presentation was nice. Maybe 5 green beans on the plate? Espresso and Creme Brulee, again, poor pace. Finished the espresso long before the dessert arrived. Lots of apologies for the tables around me. Maybe just an offer night but they didn't seem very busy. Next time I am in town will try a different spot to spend my $150

    Nice venue/ambiance in downtown Corning. Nice selection of wines and a menu with something for everyone. Friendly service Food is average at best - oh well, remember you’re in Corning not Rochester or NYC.
