   For several years now, the Three Pigeons seems to run out of food every time we visit. Mother's Day was missing half it's menu and I recall it happening the previous years. Manager didn't want to accept tabs so we had to pay at the table, then an hour later changed his mind? Our waitress was lovely but rushed off her feet. Her and another member of staff had walkie talkies, which was jarring to hear commands barked out each time she was at the table. I would come back again as the food is nice and it's our local, but them ambience felt a bit strange.

   Pub was closed when we arrived, with typed message posted into the door explaining a problem leading to closure for the rest of the day. Not clear why it was too much effort to send notification of the closure via the table booking app.

   It could have been better a lot more shabby than I remember though table service was good and staff friendly and the food was good and reasonably priced

   No table service, needed to order food at the bar downstairs, and then carry drinks yourself upstairs. Food came out cold and had to be returned Burger was the driest I have ever had Seats were wet, probably due to someone leaving wet coats on them prior.

   Love eating here when we visit our son, food is always really tasty and the place itself is beautifully decorated
