The food and experience was amazing!! Yolanda and David were our servers and they were so attentive and friendly!!! Yolanda gave us amazing suggestions for our starter, salad and entree. The chicken croquette was delicious, the fluke came in a smoking bowl and had so many amazing flavors. The romaine salad was gorgeous with edible flowers and an amazing fried egg dressing. The halibut was delicious and the dessert flan was heavenly.. The restaurant is gorgeous and is worthy of a dining experience. Amazing experience

This was a huge disappointment. I never write reviews but felt compelled to steer people away from this restaurant. We are foodies and eat out all over the world. After being seated, no one even spoke to us for 15 minutes. The noise level is ridiculous you have to yell to speak to each other. We were going to leave when finally a server came over and asked us what kind of water we wanted. The it took 10 more minutes to get water and put in a drink order, and they were out of some of their signature drinks - OUT? When we finally ordered food, all of it was bland and the focus is more on the plating than taste. We got the octopus, tuna crudo and pan frito for appetizers - octopus was cold, tuna was average and the focus on the bread was more on the presentation of a pine tree drizzling honey over it rather than taste and that it was COLD! Our waitress was sneezing while waiting on us so much I had to ask her if she was ok - she was allergic to some of the ingredients? I ordered the halibut and my husband and daughter got the family style tomahawk ribeye. Halibut was cold and under seasoned, tomahawk was COLD and the sides were COLD - nothing worse than cold potatoes and steak. Everything was cold it all obviously sat in the window. This was my Mother’s Day meal - what a shame. Finally I told husband to go get our check because I didn’t want to be there one minute longer. Dessert menu was a joke - no thanks. There is no way this place will last unless they are counting on hotel guests stumbling in there because it’s convenient. We live locally and will not be returning.

Service was awful. It took forever to get our drinks (which we only had wine it shouldn’t take that long). I didn’t even see the server the 1st 20 mins of being seated very odd. The server forgot my wine and brought it to me warm (white wine should be chilled) he said it was on ice (sure ok maybe it was just put on ice right before). Food took forever. It took almost an hour for 2 kids pastas to be served and they were both cold. At that point my son was just starving so he ate it anyways, but it wasn’t enjoyable to have cold pasta. Dinner started at 8 and it was 9:45 my daughter was losing her mind I left dinner to take her to the room, and at that point the mains barely got delivered. The food I got to try was ok, not amazing. Prior to our reservation, the host made such a fuss that they were fully booked. We walked in and saw so many tables open, I don’t know what the drama was about. It’s a holiday weekend at the Hyatt you should be prepared. I expected more and left very upset and annoyed. I’m so annoyed I’m writing this review in my room while my daughter is sleeping and my whole family is eating their well deserved dinner. Yay happy Mother’s Day to me :/

This was the best dinner we’ve ever had. We were intrigued as huge Top Chef fans, knowing Chef Sosa was so talented. We’re also vegetarians and it was so rewarding to have numerous options to eat. Everything was absolute perfection! Will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area.

Left after sitting there for 10 min with no help. Place was like a Disney restaurant that was so loud with so many kids. Watching the Instagram reels you are definitely fooled by the look and feel of what this place really is. We left and went to Nobu

This place doesnt disappoint. Service is great and food is phenomenal. We got Kevin as our server again and we couldnt be happier. He does a great job in explaining everything but also making sure everything is on point. Food is great as always and we like that the menu changes a bit often so it was great to try some new dishes
