   This was a hidden gem! Had i not looked on open table for restaurants i would not have known about it. Great food, amazing cocktails...we really enjoyed our dinner.

   Bone marrow!!! It was delectable. Beef short ribs tender as a babies bottom and I finally found grits I like. Excellent service - a little noisy and the chairs were very hard. Would come back!

   We have visited Timberline at least 3 times over the years when we have stayed in the Silverthorne area. One of the higher end restaurants in the area if you don't want to drive to Breckenridge. Decent menu, although it hasn't changed much over the years. And weirdly, the kitchen does not seem to know how to prepare marrow - we have received it cold on two separate occasions and had to send it back.

   The food was blah, service was great. My issues stem from the food quality, restaurant charges and what I can only assume are ownership/managerial decisions based on making more money. First, bathrooms could have had sandpaper for toilet paper it was so rough; it was also basically see through so you had to use a bunch of it which made it worse. Most of the food we received was obviously just Sysco/US Food Services bulk food. If you are going to charge me $38 for a pasta special it should have more than 4 small shrimp and 2oz of lobster in 10 ounces of sauce and crap pasta. My "sweet potatoes" where just regular fingerling potatoes cubed into small bites with some sauce on them. My wife's Chicken Pot Pie had no pastry (basically just creamy chicken soup), and didn't even come with any type of bread. The restaurant changes you the 3% processing fee if you use a credit card (which by the way is against the mastercard/visa merchant agreement). They say it is to improve pay to their staff. I asked our server he told us point blank they make minimum tipped wages. They also charged us for a fancy burger when my daughter ordered a plain burger NOTHING on it, just meat and bun, and just deleted all the stuff off an expensive burger. Wont be back. Save your money, go anywhere else.

   Absolutely incredible food. Wide range of options, amazing cocktails, just truly great food (get the shrimp and grits!) and drinks. We will absolutely come back!

   Great craft cocktail!!!! It is clear that a lot of passion and care went into designing and making these custom cocktails. Comfortable environment allowing for after ski, after work, bring the kids, and a casual date where you can hear one another. Make sure to capture the happy hour during the weekdays.    Cocktails and kombucha were well crafted, food was fresh, good quality, delicious. Had Brussels sprouts appetizer, sweet potato salad, and BLT burger. Service was great. Highly recommend

    Excellent service and the fried Asian chicken was very tasty. My wife ordered the special - pasta with seafood (shrimp, lobster) - which was good. However, they were very light on the seafood which was NOT a good value for that $38 plate.
