   After having a difficult time navigating the complex Hilton/Crystal parkade, we finally found our way to the hotel lobby, and the restaurant, 20 minutes late. Better signage would be helpful. We enjoyed a lovely 3-course Valentines dinner with generous, tasty portions of food. Service was excellent, and our server, Linh, was very attentive and polite throughout the evening. On a less significant note, we thought the dress code of some of the other staff was a bit inconsistent. We gave a lower score (3) on ambience because the large screen TVs took away from the fine dining experience. Overall it was a very nice evening, however, and we would certainly recommend the restaurant to others. In fact, we have already done so. We'd love to come back, especially for other special occasion menus that we receive email notifications about.

   Dine Out Vancouver menu was very good. Scallops and duck appetizers were tasty with the Scallops being our favorite. The pork entree was tender and full of flavor. Loved the carrots that went with it. The Syrah wine pairing with it was perfect. Mango cheesecake was amazing.

   Free reserved parking. Sky train Accessible. Amazing food. And extraordinary service. Would definitely come back

   Went for Dine Out. Service was excellent. Food was just okay. Arancini were fine. Risotto was very underseasoned, I had to add salt and lemon. Dessert was very good.

   We ordered the white chocolate cheesecake but was served the mango cheesecake. And then told this is the only cheesecake they had. Would’ve been good to know at the time of ordering because we would’ve chosen something else. The prime rib special was amazing. Didn’t come with the horseradish cream though… overall great value and good food.

   Pretty good overall, restaurant in the hotel, food was good quality, came on Dine Out so $50 for three courses. Nice selection. Overall, pretty decent. Prices on regular menu are pretty reasonable as well. Tucked away, doesn't get much publicity but yah, give this a try.

   I will return to this location. The service was really great and the food and drink were tasty. Cauliflower bites were yummy!

   The service was excellent, and our waitress was super nice and helpful. However, half of the food we ordered was terrible. We visited for Christmas dinner, and the food was served extremely slowly—we had to wait a long time. The issues were mainly with the main courses from their 4-course menu. One of us ordered the "Winter Squash Agnolotti," which was way too sweet and completely inedible. My friend spoke to the waitress about it, and she was very kind and exchanged it for another main course. Unfortunately, the "Duck 3 Ways" was another disappointment—the sauce was overwhelmingly salty. Two of us ordered it, and both dishes had the same issue. We didn’t want to complain since we were worried about waiting even longer for replacements, so we just ate it. The waitress was the only positive part of our experience—she was incredibly helpful. But overall, we spent a lot for this special Christmas dinner menu, and we didn’t expect the food to be such a mess. Out of the four main course options, two were seriously flawed. What a disappointment! I feel terrible for making the reservation and putting my friends through this experience.

    For a special dinner served on Christmas Day for $75.00 per person I had really high hopes. Unfortunately all four courses were disappointing. The amuse bouche and the appetizer were both served cold, on ice cold plates. Everything appeared to have been pre-plated ahead of time and the greens were wilted and the pureed vegetables had a bit of a crust on them. The turkey dinner I ordered was generously portioned, but the turkey was a turkey loaf, the carrots were undercooked and oddly, there was a Yorkshire pudding, stone cold. My daughter ordered the salmon wellington which she had to send back because of the flavours, and was able to order a replacement dish of pasta, which came dripping in butter, which she was unable to finish. Her replacement dish also came out after I was finished with my meal. The desserts were also pre-plated and had a definite crust on them. The waitress we had was the saving grace as she was very professional and it was clear she was doing her best. I would not return to this restaurant for any reason.
