Food is good but the portions are too small for the price. I got a small piece of salmon for $30 and nothing else came with it on the side. Drinks were ok not great.

Excellent menu, wine selection and the food and ambiance were outstanding. Saltimbocca and sea bass were fabulous. Clearly one of Tampa’s finest restaurants.

Had a couple of issues with the food but they were fantastic in rectifying them. Made reservations for the next night! Highly recommend.

The absolute best Carpaccio ever. Hands down. They unfortunately switched from hand stuffing the blue cheese olives with real blue cheese (for a dirty martini) with the pre made stuffed ones from a jar. They’re nasty and not even cheese. Other than that it’s def my fave spot.

First time at Timpano - only “high-tops” were available when booking on OT - had requested standard if possible and they sat us in a booth so we’re pleased. Quite loud and very busy. Server David was excellent and attentive. Unfortunately many wines on list were not available. Wine markups are very healthy. Perhaps they need to update wine list. Food was very good had carpaccio/octopus/focaccia as apps. A couple of pasta dishes then the tuna and a dish of chicken parm. All quite good. It’s a toss-up if I’d return given the available options in Tampa that have sprung up in recent years.

Be sure to ask questions on your dishes because not all ingredients (including dairy) are listed on the menu. Also, be sure to ask if your ordering pasta that it will be that pasta, bc I ordered cavatelli and got shells instead.
