   This was one of the best omakase experiences I've had in Houston. The sake was indeed bottomless and the vibes were great! Chef Sky and Matthew really made our dinner fun. The diversity of the food was truly chef's kiss. Highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be back.

   This place is awesome for a special event. Very intimate with only about 10 tales. So much attention to detail. Can't wait to go back.

   This was such a fun night! We celebrated my daughter’s 17th birthday! The team created such a memorable experience! The food was delicious, the vibe was superb!

   An absolute must!! The tasting menu was incredible and extremely tasty. Chef Sky and Chef Matthew truly make it an unforgettable experience with their great personalities! Will definitely be coming back here!

   The head chef was amazing and charismatic! The experience itself was fruitful and engaging and the selection of food was delectable. Even after all course were served there was a mini Karaoke session that I had with my group encouraged by the owner. Will definitely be coming back with my friends to try out this amazing experience!

   Amazing experience, we were able to talk to the chef the entire time and watch the food being prepared, everything was excellent. A unique experience and one of the best I've had after over 10 years in Houston, which is saying something.

   TINS offers more than just a meal; it’s an experience that engages all your senses. From the 14+ exquisite OMAKASE courses to the endless sake, the engaging chef, and fun-filled karaoke, every aspect of the night was thoughtfully curated to ensure an unforgettable experience. The scallops and the uni shot were my favorites, and did I mention there was also dessert. Highly recommend TINS for special occasions, or anytime you want to treat yourself to something extraordinary.

   TINS is 10 out of 10 - a must-do, unique culinary experience marked by excellent food, service, and vibe. There’s nothing else in Houston like it, and it’s easily one of the top 10 dining experiences I’ve had, having been to other similar restaurants before. My sister and I went for dinner last night and had their 14-course omakase which included bottomless sake. Each course was a delicious flavor bomb and was well thought-out, and each had a cool presentation. We left full. The owner and chef were awesome and spent the time to get to know you and tell you about each dish. Service was top-notch. Vibe was upbeat - cool music and they had karaoke if we wanted to do it which was a fun touch. Will be back and recommend to anyone wanting to try something new and unique.

    This place is AMAZING. While the name is TINS (This Is Not Sushi), every piece of fish provided during the omakase was outstanding and extremely fresh! The owners are extremely personable and had great stories. They will even host private events after omakase is done and I'm seriously considering hosting an event here. Can't wait until next time, which will be very soon!!
