Our server was slow and non attentive, we have had her before and same poor service. Chef was great !

We sat at the Hibachi table and had a great experience. Beto, the chef, certainly made the experience more memorable. He made my 7 year old have so much fun! Highly recommend!

Bland food, filet mignon had no taste at all. Fried rice no taste and so forth. The soup that comes first with the Hibachi had a weird taste. No one at the whole table ate the soup…..! Please, improve.

Great time with a group of nine! Humberto was an awesome, entertaining cook, and Mitch was a great server! The food was so good, and the portion sizes were huge!

Our family was visiting from Nebraska and decided to try Tokyo Bay. The staff was all really friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the experience and food, although feel it is very overpriced.

The hibachi chef was great and entertaining, but otherwise the service was poor. We didn’t get waters for 20 minutes after being seated and additional drink orders weren’t taken for about 30 minutes after being seated. Then some drinks finally arrived, but some were incorrect. It took 45 minutes to get a glass of wine from the time we were seated, and the server never returned to see if we needed any refills. I had to flag down the (very nice) host who then had to retrieve her.
