Had high expectation for the brunch ended up being let down multiple times. Took my entire family out to eat and we didn’t get any food until an hour after we had ordered. Not just that but the food was definitely not worth what I ended up paying for it.. I hate writing negative reviews but this was just such a bad experience that I hope nobody else has to go through.

I love Toro Toro, but they were extremely busy, and it took an hour for our food to finally come out. That was just too long for me. My server was great, but just couldn't handle the demand. They were overbooked for sure and under staffed. The food was outstanding once we got it!

The hostess was rude and inefficient in her job. We showed up at 5 when they opened and she told us the first available table would be ready at 8:30 despite 90+% of tables being open. I made a reservation at 5:30 via OpenTable but she refused to sit us until 5:35 despite knowing we were in a rush. The restaurant seemed understaffed, but also not well run. For example, we had 3 wrong plates delivered to us and our steak came out uncooked. I would avoid this restaurant because neither the food not service were acceptable.

Our server was great but we waited 30 minutes between courses. Breakfast should not take 2 hours. Very disappointing. Chef and Manager were spoken to and neither one did anything to help the situation. Stop understaffing your nicest restaurant.

Hostess, wait staff, manager were all very cordial and personable. Each one wanted to make sure you had a great dining experience. We arrived early for our reservation and they seated us upon arrival. By the time we left the restaurant was packed. Would definitely dine there again! We ordered the wedge salad, 8oz filet, snapper, and potatoes 3 ways. We also ordered the churros for dessert. A wee bit too much sugar in the churros for me but overall delicious!
