   The atmosphere is like a bar/dining hall. Obviously, it's a bit dressed up with the chandeliers, but it's a dining hall for all practical purposes. The service & food were good but not great. In my opinion, there are better options in Dallas for a more enjoyable dining experience.

   The food is always excellent. It is a little bit loud so conversation is a little difficult sometimes. We sat in the bar area this time which was different from the other times I’ve dined here. I like the main dining area a little bit better. Service was inconsistent. Service at the bar was excellent and really fast. Service at the table seemed both rushed and slow at the same time. Food is delivered when it was ready so not everything comes out together… The strangest thing is that when trying to pair different wines with our oysters and then with our steak, the wine was delivered way after the food already arrived so pairing with food is impossible. Overall, it was a nice experience and I would eat here again.

   RJ was the most well versed and knowledgeable bartender. He remembered all of our preferences, made excellent suggestions and provided outstanding service. We will definitely be back and requesting him!

   I’ve never had a bad experience here, each one try’s to top the last one! Ashley really set this one apart and was the best server I’ve ever had! If you want great food, atmosphere and service go see her!

   Hostes was very mean! Did a birthday reservation for 6:45pm for 7 people. Guests arrived at 6:45pm I got there @7:10pm and no table. When to Reception/hostes and they didn’t even apologize for not having a table ready for us. She said, i know ma’am we will have your table soon and she immediately when onto something else ignoring me completely” so Nice please, food was good very noicy bad service at front.

   We finally made our way to Town Hearth after hearing so many rave reviews, and it did not disappoint. We weren’t celebrating anything special, just enjoying a nice evening out, but the experience made it feel like an occasion in itself. From the moment we sat down, our server Jorge took excellent care of us—warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was lively yet intimate, the perfect setting for indulging in some seriously good food. We started with a Passion Kicker cocktail, a fantastic balance of sweetness and spice that set the tone for the night. For the main course, we ordered the 12 oz Filet and the 16 oz Delmonico, both cooked to absolute perfection. The steaks were juicy, tender, and packed with that rich, smoky char you can only get from a world-class grill. Our sides rounded everything out—the whipped potatoes were buttery and smooth, while the mac & cheese was the definition of comfort food. To finish, we treated ourselves to the Crème Brûlée, and it was the perfect ending. The caramelized top had the ideal crunch, giving way to a silky, creamy custard underneath. Pure perfection. Between the exceptional service, the incredible food, and the overall experience, this is easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Town Hearth knows how to do it right, and we’ll definitely be back.

   Our regular server Tim was on point, as always. We enjoyed the prime rib, enough fur 3 and the crudo app was delicious!
