   We had a 9pm reservation and waited about 20 minutes for our table. No big deal because we grabbed a drink at the bar. We were sat at a table in the “basement” which wasn’t the best but we enjoyed our pasta and drinks. Overall good experience.

    First off this used to be one of my all time favorite restaurants. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody not now. I went out last night with my friends who flew in from Florida and South Carolina for my birthday dinner. All I could say was nothing but good things about this restaurant up until we got there. I made a reservation for 715 for five of us. we got there at 7:10 and they told us they would sit us in a few minutes. Which was understandable since we were five minutes early. 10 minutes ago by we were still not sat and other groups with reservations for 730 for five people were getting sat before us. You could tell they gave up our table to someone else and just didn't want to say anything. The hostesses were very rude not even checking in to give us an update on when we were going to be sat. I had to go back up to the hostess and ask to be sat 25 minutes after our reservation. we sat at our table waitress did not come over to our table for 20 min just to take our drink order. Very unprofessional. After we finished our bread, I kindly asked the waitress for more bread. She looked over at me, made a face and walked away and did not even say yes or nod her head. Extremely rude. as usual our food was delicious then my friend asked for some fresh Parmesan for her raviolis. The waitress snapped and said yeah it's coming with an attitude. I was so embarrassed to take my friends to this place after how we were treated. I will never be back and I will never recommend this place ever again
