True Blue Butcher & Table, the flagship restaurant of the We Are True Blue brands, is located in The Forum in Wilmington, NC. Reflecting global cuisine with a modern American interpretation, Chef Bobby Zimmerman has crafted a menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, quality cuts of steak, an extensive and delicious drink selection, and an impressive butcher counter.

This place was amazing. The food and service were superb. Took my husband here for his birthday and we had a wonderful time. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a good steak.

The ribeye was grilled to perfection, and Nick, our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive during our meal. It was a memorable Valentine's Day dinner!

Clair was an excellent server and Eli engaged us in an interesting conversation. I appreciate the bartender making my wife a cocktail, but I would like to see the restaurant carry at least one kind of non-alcoholic wine; preferably white or bubbly.

We were greeted warmly, Flower waited on us very attentively and we were never waiting on her. The cauliflower soufflé was awesome. The filet I had and the burger my wife had were both great. Very delicious and well presented. We also enjoyed the wedge salads. Thanks for a great experience !!!

After hearing good things, I was disappointed in the steak quality. Had the 14oz PRIME NY strip, which is supposed to be higher quality than the choice grade. Ordered medium rare and the steak was delivered much closer to Rare and just luke warm. IMO, it was not flavorful and had more gristle than i would expect for a $63 steak. Honestly, i have had better steaks for much less at Texas Roadhouse. I don't think the waitress asked one time how the food tasted or i would have given my feedback then. Also, the waitress tried to take away the wine list after ordering cocktails and said they did not leave the wine list laying on the table. Eventhough we wanted to look thru it and order a bottle. It was a Thursday night and not crowded whatsoever....that should have been a sign. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but i don't like spending $100 on a meal and walking away disappointed.
