True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers.     The food was delicious and I appreciate the number of gluten free options. The server was nice but very busy. I’m not sure if it was kitchen or lack of staff on the floor, but skipped dessert because it was so busy and spent almost 20 minutes waiting for wine after the appetizer was cleared. We love the menu but the dining experience is almost always frustrating.

    We love the menu and consistently enjoy our food at True Food. Service is warm and attentive and James is a gem! It’s one of our regular spots.

    Food was overall wonderful, especially the hummus appetizer and GLUTEN FREE pita. YUM!! Better than non GF pita. And not everyone is celiac but we all love it :-)

    Quite the experience. Very wholesome food, especially for a family with assorted dietary needs. It was perfect. Moderate cost for very "good" foods. Casual, comfortable, ambience with outstanding service and food. Plan to return.
