   We had a reservation for 4:30 for 8 people. When we arrived we were told it would be 30 min past our reservation time. So that was frustrating. Once we got seated the appetizer part of the meal went well. Food was great! We ordered food and a second set of drinks. The first round was from the bar before we got seated. The drinks arrived 30 min after ordering as we were done eating. There were no salt and pepper shakers to be found. Overall it was ok but won't likely be back.

   Mother's Day is obviously busy. However we booked in advance and a 4pm dinner reservation. We arrived at 4pm and were told they were 20-40 minutes behind. I would have appreciated a phone call or text alerting us. Food was great. Service was fantastic.

   We went on Mother’s Day. Head a reservation for 1:00pm. Waited for over 30 minutes to be seated, only to be led to a high top table for 4 with stool seating, no backs. We were with my elderly mother and told them this was not acceptable, which required waiting another 15 minutes to be seated. We were seated with three menus so we had to share and were given no flatware or napkins. It took 20 minutes to receive water of which only half put table received water. It took over 30 minites for the appetizers to arrive and another 40 for entrees. None of the dishes were cleared from the table and we had to ask for flatware napkins and water to receive them. While the food was hot and excellent as always the service was lacking. The environment was chaotic, staff seemed very stressed and it was very very loud. Overall not a very enjoyable experience

   True Food Kitchen used to have great food but it has really gone down hill in the last few years. I've tried to give it a few chances but man, food is bland, overpriced and is definitely not what it used to be. Don't waste your time.

   We had reservations for Mother’s Day for several weeks. However when we arrived we were told there would be a wait, in spite of me being able to see at least 9 empty tables. We quickly learned others were in the same position, even though they had reservations they had been waiting 15, 20 and 30 minutes! One lady cancelled her reservation after having waited over 30 minutes and still could not be seated. Finally they got someone to start cleaning tables and we were seated outside, which is not what our reservations were for but in light of how many were still waiting we took the table. It’s unfortunate that either poor planning it short staff left the special Mother’s Day lunch I had planned somewhat lacking. Won’t go there for a special occasion in the future.

   Despite reserving a table in advance through OpenTable, we still experienced a 30-minute wait. Once seated, we waited another 40 minutes for our food to arrive. Unfortunately, the dish (Ancient Grains Bowl) was underwhelming — the mushrooms were particularly undercooked. Overall, the food didn’t meet expectations, and the experience was disappointing.

   Booked reservation outside for Mother’s Day and wasn’t seated until 30 minutes after reservation and inside. Drinks took almost 30 minutes from order to table. Forgot an order as well.

    They brought the wrong meal to me twice and then the 3rd time was what I ordered but I said no red peppers and it had red peppers.
