   5 star service from the moment you enter this resto that has the perfect balance of coziness, great energy, fantastic food and service beyond compare. Run, don't walk to Tuck Shop!

   I was really excited to go to tuck shop, it had been years I have been wanting to try it and I was so disappointed. We had the chef’s counter which I didn't mind at all. The reservation was at 7pm, we got there 10 minutes early and were seated and that was great. The issue was that from the second we sat down I felt insanely rushed. Rushed to order, rushed to decide, rushed to clear our table. Twice the wait staff tried to clear my plate when I was not even finished. I felt constantly watched and hovered over so you could get us out the door to turn the table over. I understand we were not the most paying costumers with a glass of wine and a main each but still it’s not just about that. Understand you want to get another service in but I hadn’t seem my friend from out of town in 5 years. In the reservation it said we had 1 hour and 45 minutes. And you kicked us out after 1 and 15 minutes. We would have ordered more but we felt so unwelcome that we went to another place, that’s how bad it was. I was embarrassed and had to apologize to my friend. We did go to experience the food and i understand you have a constant wait list but i couldn’t even enjoy my food or the restaurant. The food was very good and the wait staff were, as people, really nice but super disappointed with my experience.

   Tuck Shop used to be one of our favorite spots—we always loved the food, the ambiance, and the overall experience. Unfortunately, something has changed, and our recent visit left us extremely disappointed. From the moment we sat down, we felt rushed through our entire three-course meal. Our $100 bottle of wine was repeatedly poured high, seemingly to encourage faster consumption. As we were slowly savoring our last glass, we were abruptly informed that we couldn’t order a cocktail to finish our evening because we needed to vacate the table in five minutes and jackets were delivered to our chairs, which were quickly taken back when I asked to first finish my wine glass. The worst part? We were only given 1 hour and 15 minutes to enjoy a full three-course meal and a bottle of wine—an experience that should have felt indulgent and enjoyable, not pressured and hurried. Meanwhile two other couples were there before us and still enjoying a coffee and dessert while we had to go. For a pricy evening, it was one of the most dissatisfying dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. If you value a relaxed and well-paced dining experience, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

   Always fantastic, our go to place, perfect for any occasion, staff are friendly and always get everything right..food is delicious and amazing fresh in ingredients but also in look and taste. Just great!
