   This was a superb meal in an exquisite setting. Beautiful high end furnishings. They seem to have worked out all the service and quality problems mentioned in earlier reviews. The server was very attentive, food came quickly and was delicious. Brussels sprouts, chicken, strip steak and filet were excellent. Miniature cheesecake dessert was perfect. It was a fabulous evening and we will definitely come back. Bravo!

   Restaurant seems to be in a state of flux.. chef came out to apologize, service was poor.. and food came out different times .. fish came out terrible.. sent back.. they need time to fix their problems

   Food was fantastic! Highly recommend. I had the pasta with mushrooms and my husband had the braised short ribs. Delicious!

   Service started out great and then never saw the waiter again. Fish came and was uncooked. Fish was also too salty. But the ambience is great.

   Service was awful. The server told us he didn’t have a drink menu only a “full bar” only to ask the host and of course get the menu. Two kids portions of a grilled chicken that was chewy and pasta with red sauce were overpriced. We were never asked if we wanted another glass of wine and automatically had to tip at 20% since we had 6 people (2 were small kids). I would never go there again. The restaurant was empty and we were ignored it’s a shame because the view is very nice.

   We walked over to the restaurant from next door and the pedestrian stairway was not very inviting and the door did not work. There was tape trying to hold the lock open and the tape was not working. But once we got to the restaurant everything was very good. Our meal was excellent.

   There were so many issues. Where to begin? We had a reservation outside. When we arrived, we were told that it was turtle season, so we could not be outside, and the shades needed to be closed. We would have dined somewhere else if we had known. We were sat at a table facing closed shades. No candle or flower on the table top. We moved our chairs around the table ourselves so that we weren't facing a wall. I love a modern aesthetic, but the atmosphere was sterile and devoid of any energy. We waited 15 minutes for the waiter to arrive and tell us there was no cocktail list, but they offer a full bar. We ordered a Woodford Old Fashioned and a Cosmo. They arrived 10-15 minutes later, delivered by the bartender. "Maker's Mark" he said as he delivered it and the Cosmo which was red, not pink. We waited another 10 minutes to discuss with the server who did not return. After which, we got up to announce we were leaving. The staff was very nice, and seemed to understand why. But it was terribly disappointing. We were excited to try a new place. The menu looked great and the dining area seemed pretty. Mistakes happen, but there were just too many things to overlook.

Turtle season does restrict us in the way in which we can seat our restaurant, but we will work harder to let guests know and to create a better ambiance.    This restaurant is beautiful. The view is outstanding and it is so relaxing to dine here. That said, everything is really expensive and I don't think that the food meets the standard of fine dining for the price. The brussels sprouts appetizer was huge and amazing. The highlight of our meal. Our main courses were bland and unexciting. I expected some delicious bread to accompany my pasta dish. There were only two options for dessert which was very disappointing. The restaurant was lacking a cocktail menu. We also dined at the restaurant for lunch during our stay and the lunch menu was more diverse and offered more options (sandwiches, quesadillas, etc) and were very tasty. I wouldn't write this restaurant off, we saw some large groups celebrating milestones and they were really enjoying themselves. Also, the view is so incredible that might be worth the $$. I just think they are still trying to navigate what they want to be as a restaurant and ironing out some of the details.
