   The quality of the meat is dreadful and this was matched by the miserable waiting staff. I had the lamb ribs, they were tough and cheap cuts. My wife had the chicken thighs shish, under cooked, tasteless and disappointing, she didn’t eat it. The staff were dreadful, we had two eye rolls in the first ten minutes, one because we hadn’t decided on our main and the second because they brought us a drink which wasn’t ours. An owner then pointed at me and had a waiter come and accuse me of parking on the double yellows outside blocking his car in (which was parked on the double yellows). I had parked in the car park and was nothing to do with it. This was the second time we’ve tried this place, we put the first experience down to teething issues, if anything it’s now worse. The place is dirty, the toilets were disgusting, the first two seats my wife sat on we broken, it’s falling apart and the food matches it. We eat out at Beybaba in Strood once a week and thought we’d try a change of scene, we certainly won’t be again.

   What a fabulous place. Great food, excellent service and the price is really fair. I will be going again and taking my friends.

   Returned with friends What a fantastic restaurant! Turkuaz restaurant I and what can I say? Only it exceeded all expectations of us all again .. The restaurant staff couldn't have done any more for us making us feel very welcome as they did on our first visit and looked after all the way through our meal very polite ,courteous, approachable and professional. The calamari was one of the best l've had anywhere in the world on the first visit so I opted for it again , it just melted in the mouth, the garlic prawns were beautiful and plenty, the lambs chops were very tender and of a good size portion and tasted fantastic. The chicken shish was excellent and equally the same as the lamb chops absolutely delicious. Value for money we thought. We will definitely return again and again. The restaurant holds a nice atmosphere. No negatives for Turkuaz restaurant ... we were delighted with our experience. Thank you to all the staff for making our evening perfect yet again.

   Beautiful restaurant. Food is amazing. Great service. We had a large group for a birthday celebration and we. Oils t have asked for anything better.

   My husband and I were looking forward to a nice relaxed evening together. However, we were in and out within 75mins. After giving our drink & food order, everything was then rushed. We were given bread, salad and dips which was a nice gesture, so didn't order starters. The food was cooked lovely. We felt it was a bit like a conveyor belt. Staff were very friendly.

    Food was nice. Lots of salad, breads and dips etc before main course but it was very rushed and my husband was literally still eating while the plate was hastily wiped away and replaced with the main course by two members of staff which we found a bit shocking! Waiters were attentive but when clearing the table after the main course, my almost full glass of wine was knocked over by a member of staff and my phone, coat, dress, scarf and bag were absolutely soaked. It was an accident and the waiter who did it apologised and did seem embarrassed so I just cleared everything up, he provided a few serviettes and wiped the table and I said it was okay as I could see he was embarrassed and know accidents happen. However I do think they could have at least replaced the wine as a good will gesture. It wasn’t mentioned again and no one checked to ask if my phone which was literally covered was okay, not to mention everything else that was soaked. Luckily, my phone was fine. Looks like I’m off to the dry cleaners with my coat today though!
