   Wow what a disappointment! Tired atmosphere, worn out furniture, bent silverware… I tried very hard to ignore all that with the basic expectation of a decent meal. Not even close. The absolute worst meal/experience! Pasta was under cooked - actually crunchy. Clams- unbelievably salty and oddly dry. Chicken parm - rubbery and dry. Another pasta dish way over salted. I’m forgiving but this was really unbelievable. Server was slightly sympathetic and didn’t charge for the clam dish that was sent back uneaten. Had it not been Valentine’s dinner I would have walked out without paying. Will never return and they probably won’t care as it’s booked solid all the time.

   Had brunch reservations for 11am. Arrived 5 minutes early and was seated quickly. We sat for several minutes with no waiters came by. Busser just filled water and left. We went and got food was not very many options and it was all cold. Bartender finally came over to ask about drinks about 15 minutes after sitting down. For the amount I paid I was very disappointed.

   I ordered the stuffed mushrooms. They were the smallest five stuffed mushrooms I’ve ever seen in my life definitely not worth the money.

   It took almost 2 hours. Every table around us finished and the 2nd set of patrons were turning over at the same time us. 5 different things were wrong with our orders. Once we finally received our order the food was tasty but we were eating it in spurts.

   Food was very tasty and drinks were not bad. Our server was attentive and helpful. Issue was the extreme overpriced nature of the menu. Way too expensive for what we received - $60 for five scallops? Especially the dessert. We got a lava cake that looked like rejected from a children’s bake-off competition.

   Food was delicious, but warm at best?! Cool pasta? Ugh! Server Brandi was excellent! Hostess staff needs ADA training. Not typical for this place as I am a regular and this is atypical! Must have been an off night!

   We sat outside under the waterfall. It was wonderful. Always enjoy our meals here!

   We were the only 2 people seated, 5 min later a table of 4 came, then 5 min later a table of 5. Finally the waitress came over to us& took our order. The other tables were already eating & we still hadn’t received our drinks or bread which was brought with our entree after I repeatedly asked for it. I requested a mild sauce & received Fra diablo which I had to return. They also messed up the food order at the other table & had to return 2 dishes. They were not busy, just opened for lunch & not once did the manager come by. The manager & hostess from the night before were also quite rude & I dine here often & never had a problem before. They need new management. However the food was good.
