   My family and I were dining prior to our balloon release honoring my late best friend’s birthday and service was so chaotic that we made it to the gravesite just as it started to turn dark. It took over an hour just to get appetizers which were not worth the price due to the spinach dip being spread across its pan so thin I scraped the bottom with my 1st chip, orders were wrong, our waitress was not attentive.Nearly 2 hours in before entrees came out. I was pleased with my 1st visit for brunch months ago but after Sunday— no plans of going back.

   Took over 30 min to get our cocktails & they were out of alot of the wines. Food was cold. Waiter was never around. Even though we told the waiter it was a birthday celebration & he said he would bring a special birthday treat, he never did anything.

   We got to the restaurant at 6PM for our reservation. We got seated and got our French fry appetizer around 6:30PM after having ordered that and our meal at the same time (around 6:05). Then, 7:30PM rolls around and still no food. The waiter kept coming by saying it would be 5 more minutes. Then, he said the ticket never got put in and it would be 10-15 minutes. Then, he came by and said it would be another 20 minutes. We said just bring our check and our meals, that we never received, were on there. So, we asked the manager to just let us pay for what we got, fries and a Diet Coke. They fixed and we left. The waiter was absolutely awful and confused the whole night.

   Atmosphere is very warm and inviting. Great place to bring a family or have a date night. Food is outstanding!

   It was really good for the price. I liked the vibe. I don’t like how limited the cocktail menu was. I asked for one and they brought back the main menu that had like 6 regular cocktails on it. If you’re going to advertise kitchen and cocktails there need to be more specialty and seasonal cocktails.

    Food is always great service is good servers are always kind and efficient Twelve is always my favorite restaurant! The owners are so kind and care about their customers
