Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar at The Waterfront in Vancouver, Wa opened September 26th 2018. This location is a fantastic addition to our expanding group of restaurants with a water theme focus. Located on the shores on the Columbia river in downtown Vancouver, we offer guests the ability to enjoy indoor and outdoor seating where they can view the beautiful sights and sounds of the bustling river park while sipping their favorite cocktail. Our new American menu offers something for everyone, along with an expansive list of Twigs Signature cocktails, local draft beer and wine, great gluten free, vegan, and kids menus, and Fresh Sheet selections featuring local seasonal products that support every region we serve.

Twigs has a great selection on their brunch menu. I was happy to see that they had GF options for items that aren’t typically GF. I ordered the Bacon Avocado Benedict and it tasted SO GOOD but it got to me a little on the cool side. We had a party of 6 so maybe it was done earlier than the other orders at our table. It got a bit noisy as the lunch crowd came in but overall it’s a great spot to people/dog/river watch and have some delicious food!

Went for Sunday Brunch. Good choice of breakfast items on brunch menu. Main menu items were also available. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a brunch spot. They take reservations which is nice when you have a larger group.

We had an excellent experience, celebrating our wedding anniversary. Our server, Nathan was awesome. He really added to our experience. Food and drinks were amazing.

We made a reservation for lunch and Twigs did not disappoint. Location is right on the water and we were seated with a view of the river. Great service and delicious food.

Took my girl out to a birthday dinner. it was very tasty, good service. went on a saturday night, which i feel could have had something to do with why our service for drinks took a bit long. and the noise level inside the restaurant was pretty loud, at first we felt like we kind of had to yell, but slowly got used to it.
