   We ordered the flank steak with salad and mashed potatoes. The quantity was a lot and very tasty 😋 Our server Octavio was really efficient and friendly. Recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

   Our 4th time dining at Vaca Argentina and it's always a pleasure. Their BEEF is second to none and the service team is really outstanding. Our waiter Cristian was very attentive and efficient, and Marco, the team leader keeps it all running smoothly! We highly recommend Vaca Argentina for anyone who appreciates funeral food and top-flight service! Andre

   We are fans of this restaurant because of its consistency and quality of food and service. We were celebrating my husband‘s birthday and everything was actually terrific. What I deeply appreciate is that at one point the air conditioner was a little too high and actually blowing right on my face and our waiter made a request to have that turned down. It didn’t seem to happen with the people behind the bar that I think are near the controls, and so our waiter circled back around by grabbing the manager, who insisted and that got it turned down -I deeply appreciate being seen and heard.

   Our 3rd vist to Vaca Argentina and completely enjoyed our delicious BEEF dinners. The whole Vaca team is very welcoming, and our waiter Marco was top-notch! For those who enjoy well prepared premium beef, Vaca is a great choice in Puerto Vallarta! Andre

   Never disappoints! Fantastic service and food. Large portions. Wonderful atmosphere. We have eaten here 20 times. We always bring our visitors to Vaca for excellent steaks guaranteed!

   The noise level was quiet in the private room they seated us in, which we really appreciated. We have had better service in the past. This time our waiter spoke very little English, so a lot of things were lost in translation. My son speaks fluent Spanish, but things still did not go well at all.

   I’ve been to this restaurant several times and this was the worst. Baked potatoes were cold and almost raw, requested them to be throughly cooked and they were still undercooked. The filet was tough. You go to an Argentina steak house, I expected the two basics, steak and baked potato to be cooked to perfection. A positive note the chili poblano soup was outstanding. We were celebrating my friend’s 70th birthday and the staff never acknowledged the special occasion. Puerto Vallarta have so many fine restaurants, this is one I’m taking off my list. Time to move onto more exciting places.

    This was our 3rd dining experience at Vaca Argentina and it really has set itself very high standards for both food and service! The staff is warm and welcoming and are constantly checking to see if the food was to your liking, if anything can or needs to be changed and all done with warmth and a smile. Cuisine is truly top-notch..........."ESPECIALLY" all things "BEEF"!! Their Menu is huge in scope and selection offerings. We will be returning again soon!! Andre
