We had pizzas however you did not expect cash for payment of food or drinks.

The food was delicious. We booked in advance and received our preferred seating. The only reason I gave 4 stars is our table ordered separately via the app and therefore, orders came out separately. It would have been good if our food all came out at the same time. Would recommend and am happy to go back.

Disappointed. My partner and I occasionally attend Vapianos for a rare dinner date. This time around our garlic bread was burnt, my partners spaghetti bolongese was mostly pasta and very little sauce. My lasagna looked like it had been microwaved and was served in a plastic container. It wasn't terribly tasty either, I only ate it as I was hungry and we already paid for it. The only thing Vapianos didn't screw up was the Long Island Iced Tea which was delicious. We typically have a great time at Vapianos, but I think we'll go back to Beach House this time around.

At first the service was fast we ordered our entree and mains and they came out pretty quickly. However they server took half of the dishes and said they’d be back for the rest and never retired. We ordered desert and waited 48 minutes from our mains to our desert only to then be told that they had run out of one of the deserts we’d ordered. We understand that restaurants run out of things but to take 48 minutes to tell us this and then only serve one desert is poor service. We were offered a different desert which we declined and recieved a refund for. Sorry to say we won’t be returning they are not what they once were the meals were nice but overpriced for what you receive and the service is lacking.

Pasta was hard, wrong pasta aswell, I asked for a note to me left on the table for my date and they did not provide and the price was not worth what I had to sit and eat

Food and service was good. Just the people that had dishes with prawns felt there wasn’t much prawns just a lot of pasta to there dish. But we still all enjoyed it and will be back, next time they will just make sure they order it with extra

The service was excellent and staff super helpful and friendly. The food fresh and really good. And the price was good value and service quick. Great place for a meal before heading to the movies.

Every thing was amazing beside the lasagna which was so looking forward to it, it tasted like can spaghetti :( . Other than that had a great night
