   My husband and I recently celebrated a momentous occasion, our 20th anniversary, at Vault in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Unanimously, this experience transcended our expectations, offering not only exquisite culinary delights but also impeccable service. Skylar, our server for the evening, epitomized professionalism blended with genuine warmth. His attentiveness and careful attention to detail ensured that our evening unfolded seamlessly, allowing us to immerse completely in the celebratory spirit. Our dining journey commenced with the delightful wedge salad and indulgent French onion soup. The textures and flavors danced whimsically on our palates, setting the tone for the remarkable meal that lay ahead. Complementing these was the Rose Empress cocktail, a delicate blend of flavors that paired harmoniously with our starters. For our main course, we indulged in the sumptuous filets, each uniquely adorned—one with robust blue cheese and the other with a vibrant chimichurri. The mastery in preparation was evident as each bite offered a perfect balance of flavor and tenderness. Accompaniments of brussel sprouts and shrimp scampi further elevated the taste experience, offering a tasteful medley of complementary flavors and textures. The freshly baked rolls accompanied by truffle butter and sea salt were a noteworthy addition, their warmth and aromatic allure a perfect precursor to the finale of our meal. Our evening climaxed with the crème brûlée, a classic dessert executed to perfection. Its creamy consistency and rich vanilla aroma provided the perfect sweet note to conclude our delightful dining experience. In conclusion, Vault provided us with a memorable and enchanting experience, perfectly suited for our special celebration.    Everything was fantastic from start to finish. The cocktails were unique and delicious. The food was phenomenal. Definitely recommend this little splurge if you ever visit hot springs.

   Our experience at Vault was the best dining experience we’ve ever had! When I made the reservation, I wrote in the comments that we would be celebrating our 16 year wedding anniversary and that “if we could get a little bit of a nice table( as in against a wall) that I would be grateful. When we showed up they had the coziest, most intimate, private room waiting for us with Candles lit and everything! I was completely shocked. My wife could not have been more impressed! In 16 years we’ve never held back when it comes to dining out at 4-5 star restaurants for special occasions, this was the best dining experience we’ve ever had. The food was fantastic, but the experience really said it apart.

   Vault, as usual, did not disappoint as my wife and I had another wonderful experience. The ribeye and halibut were excellent and the vibe is perfect for a dinner date. Scott is a real pro and took great care of us.

   Service is top notch as aways and the food is outstanding. Try the pork chop as well as the oysters and pork belly.

    Celebrating our anniversary so booked a date night at the Vault. I personally enjoyed the meatball appetizer and by far…. The Tropical Bliss with the sweet potato pie were both outstanding!!! Always looking for something different and new, ☑️ for my “places” to try. The waitress we had was so nice… definitely no complaints!
