   Celebrating our wedding anniversary at Vespertine was nothing short of magical. Over the years, we've dined at multiple Michelin-starred establishments, from 1-star culinary treasures to the elite 3-star experiences. Vespertine, in our opinion, deserves to stand among the ranks of the very best with three stars. This currently two-Michelin-starred gem redefines the dining experience, delivering not just a meal, but an unforgettable journey for the senses. From the avant-garde architecture that sets the stage, to the impeccable service that leaves no detail overlooked, every moment felt like a masterpiece. The presentation of each dish was a work of art, and the exquisite flavors left us speechless. Kudos to the visionary chef Jordan Kahn and the entire staff for curating such a transcendent experience. Vespertine is more than a restaurant—it’s a symphony of creativity, passion, and culinary brilliance.

   This was our first to many artsy foods experience! Everything was well thought out from the first time you even arrived at Vespertine. Staff was immaculately polite and knowledgeable. We were able to enjoy the food, debrief after every meal since every bite was either new, innovative or rather something to talk about! Kudos to Chef Kahn for his culinary masterpiece and love for his art! For those saying it is pricey, yes it is but money cannot buy the experience that you get from dining at Vespertine!

   Next level experience. The food was delicious, surprising, and generous. The service unmatched and the full experience pulled together something truly special and unique. Loved every dish, and the drink pairing option I had, which was a combination of wines, sake, and in house made teas and juices. Would highly recommend!

   I was a chef for over 3 decades. I have eaten at many 3 star Michelin over the world and this meal/experience is in the top 3. The concept/ creativity/execution is off the charts. Brilliant.

   Ambience was too quiet and no energy which created a lack of excitement for the dishes. The upstairs seating was uncomfortable, distracting from the experience. The food was impeccable and creative however the lack of flexibility didn’t curate a unique experience for the customer. It was as if we were being told what to feel. The service was amazing but not having a head waiter didn’t create a personable connection to the staff. When requested the menu, we were told it’s not provided, however they handed us the menu at the end of the dinner.

   Mind blowing experience, so beautiful curated and well executed. We can feel the caring from the mastermind behind, that the food isn’t burden our bodies and we walked out of the building completely satisfied and feeling peace

    Exceptional dining experience! From top to bottom, everything was impeccable: ambience, presentation, quality of ingredients, unique yet appetizing flavors, balance of dishes, and welcoming service from the staff. I enjoyed the Dynamic pairing option for both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages well-suited to each course.  I’m usually left wanting after fine dining experiences, but Vespertine lived up to expectations.
