VIN48 offers an ever-changing rustic American menu to satisfy discriminating palates with small and large plates featuring local organic ingredients.

Chef McCaw's food is complemented by our eclectic, carefully chosen wine list. An Enomatic preservation system allows us to present over 40 wines by the glass and half glass. We also serve hand-crafted cocktails and beer from our full bar.

    Join us inside our luxurious, heated, yurts for a private dining experience. We feature our ever changing, delicious five-course tasting menu for $135 per person. We have a $500 food and beverage minimum before tax and 20% gratuity is applied. Please call the restaurant after booking to confirm details. 970-748-9463. The "set price per guest" of $50 above is a DEPOSIT ONLY, we do have a strict 72-hour cancelation policy. The deposit will offset the $135 per person cost at the restaurant.

        We had an excellent meal at Vin48. Lots of good things to say, but the service quality was what stood out most. Our waitress, Carli, was extremely attentive, cheerful and professional, complimented by friendly and personal wine service by Sarah. The wine list is fantastic and has some real gems. Be ready to splurge on a special bottle. The food was executed correctly, with colorful presentation, good flavors etc. I thought the menu was kind of standard and not too adventurous, but everything we had was hot and tasty, well paced by the kitchen. Would return for sure.
