Vinkeles offers French inspired cuisine in a sophisticated and upscale dining environment. Accenting its historical features such as its brick walls and tall ceilings, its décor includes large mirrors, natural brown tile floors and leather captain chairs. Adding to its charm, each table at Vinkeles is further dressed with white linen tablecloths and soft candlelight. For intimate meeting or small group celebrations, enjoy a meal in its private dining room or aboard its water vessel. Created by Chef Dennis Kuipers, its menu uses fresh and seasonal ingredients to create both traditional and modern dishes. Open for lunch and dinner, some dishes served at Vinkeles includes Anjou pigeon and mallard for an entrée, and rice pudding or a mango dessert to finish the meal.
