We were supposed to have dinner here at 8:45 no one greeted us or even came to fill up our waters until 9:15 we ordered a cocktail which was made in ten minutes and then sat at the bar for another 15-20 after that. I walked up and asked if I could just take them and they said no someone will bring it to you. Then we had a server finally come to our table around 9:45 and asked us if we’d be dining in with them… we said no thank you could we just have the bill. I’m not sure what happened but we never saw our server again I had to flag another waitress down and ask her to bring us our bill at 10:30. This would make sense if the restaurant had been busy, there was maybe two other groups dining in the restaurant, one was a larger party of 10 but they already had their food when we sat down and a few at the bar and other than that the place was completely empty. We paid 40 dollars for two drinks that took us an hour to receive and another hour to close out.

Second time here for family a Christmas dinner after visiting Christ-kindle Market. First was excellent. This was disappointing. Service was horrible. Food just average. Hostess had to jump in twice to help out because waitress was no where to be found. Took 20-25 minutes to get drinks when restaurant was not that busy.

Met my two college friends for brunch. We had the smoked salmon charcuterie board and scones. Everything was delicious and perfect for three people to share. Patty was a great waitress. Lovely setting and ambience.

We gave them a second chance and no more. The food was decent but under seasoned and certainly not worthy of the prices and no bite (except for the French onion soup) did either of us say wow! Other tables around us received bread we did not. They are not training their servers in the art of fine dining service. This is why we tipped our young server well as she is not to blame. She never filled our water glass and never came back to pour more wine. We served ourselves the whole evening. Had no idea what “beefeaters” was when we ordered martinis- had to go write down the list of gins available. She was friendly but management probably only gave her a week’s training by following someone around. To be such an amazing and bra hotel and to appear to want to be like a NYC experience and cabaret they are no where near achieving this. We were so sorry the experience did not meet our expectations.

Waiter was inexperienced. She was not familiar with the wine list, uninformed about the food preparation! Spent most of her time asking someone else for the answers to our questions. Food was cold when delivered to table! Very disappointed!

Great location next to Palladium and the Christkindlmarkt. Beautiful hotel and restaurant. Hostess was warm and lovely. Server was kind but scattered. We had an allergy at our table and the meal had to be changed at the last minute.
