With a menu that changes with the harvest of the season and the catches from the streams, Volario’s surprises the palate with both local produce and faraway flair. As you savor the rustic and robust flavors from the mountainous regions of northern Italy, we invite you to sit back with a nice Chianti and reflect on your day in the majestic mountains here.

Our dishes are hearty and adventurous, much like Volario himself. The legend in the Grand Valley is as old as the pines that shade the creek. Volario wasn’t from these parts. Like many of us, he visited and couldn’t imagine leaving.

                  Table of four on a Saturday evening. Parking is brutal, but free bus line can drop you right at the door. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Paulo was our server. Ran down the good stuff for us as this was our first trip. Started with charcuterie board. Very good! Not a crumb left! Gluten free pizza was approved by its owner. 12-layer lasagna was a hit flavor wise, but a bit underwhelming. We were (selfishly) expecting a better presentation. I had the meatballs as a main course. Absolutely delicious! The sauce had just a bit of spice to it. Would order again. Desert was lemon crème brûlée. A great finish. Pace of service was a bit off (we had to ask for water refills - twice). But the food was the star. The dining room is busy, but did not feel crowded. Noise level was just fine. Wine list is impressive. Definitely will come back.

                  Went in for lunch right when they opened food was delicious and the service was friendly we got pizzas and a wagyu meatball sub everything was fantastic

                  It was great. Great value for Happy Hour. Expensive but worth the price for dinner. Try the Limoncello. It is delicious, strong, and house made.

                  The restaurant was not open, which was a bit unexpected because as we stood at the entrance there was a banner overhead that read "now open for lunch". We have dined at Volario's previously and it was exceptional.

                  Our server was SO personable without being overly friendly. I think her name was Braden (?) and she had a great smile! We enjoyed our evening there very much. The lighting and ambiance is great. Would return!

                  Food and cocktails were phenomenal, dessert wasn’t something I’d order again. Our server Sean/Shaun was kind and attentive throughout service and took both dessert items off of our bill :) Very pleasant setting overall would come back.
