   Having been to Bennelong, Brae, Eleven Madison Park…we were keen to see how this compared. It was exceptional. The staff being an absolute highlight. An incredibly memorable experience - highly recommend.

   Wonderful environment, beautiful views and excellent services! Like the food in general and many courses are exceptional! 1-2 courses (Caremel and the sauce/soup for the lamb) were a bit salty. Still happy overall!

   One word-Excellence. This was hands down the best fine dining experience I’ve ever had. Everything—from the food to the service—was absolutely spot on. The staff were not only professional but genuinely delightful, and you could tell they’d put a lot of thought and effort into making the night special. It was my husband’s birthday, and what really stood out was how everyone knew and acknowledged it—from the person who welcomed us at the door to all the staff who served us. They even surprised us with a handwritten note signed by the whole team. Such a thoughtful touch! Truly a memorable experience.

   This experience truly surpassed all our expectations. While we were already aware of the prestige of Vue de Monde, the restaurant not only lived up to its reputation but went above and beyond to create an extraordinary experience. The food was exquisite, and the service was exceptional. The staff made celebrating my partner’s 30th birthday so special, making it feel like we had known them for years. Thank you once again for providing us with such an unforgettable experience.

   Well that was the best food and experience we have ever had, and we do a lot of fine dining. 13 courses of spectacular dishes, a perfect bottle of burgundy and the service was beyond outstanding. A special course on our own at the back of the restaurant with our own view after a kitchen tour was just such a special moment. Unforgettable. These service team is tight knot, drilled and trained to such a high standard. Highly recommended.

   The experience was incredible. The staff were amazing and attentive, they were able to anticipate what we needed and they knew their stuff. We loved the energy of the staff we came across and there were small touches that made all the difference as well. Thank you to everyone who made out night an absolutely incredible experience.

    Just an overall amazing experience. The staff were so attentive and took great care of us. The food was so special and the care with which each dish prepared was evident. Special thanks to our servers, and the sommelier Dorian who went above and beyond and the wine matching was perfect! So special to see the kitchen and the recommendations and special card we got.
