    正統派で安定のおいしさです。 和食本来の味わいです。 欲を言えば、もう少し季節感がわかりやすいといいかもしれませんが。

    Both service and food are very good. Japanese traditional foods tend to be similar taste and presentation but Wadakura is unique and enjoyable. It's great that they have menu both in English and Japanese and you can ask for the menu which explain details of each course and dish. My daughter and I have food allergies and they prepared all the dishes allergen-free without any hustle.

    すき焼きを食べました。 お料理も前菜からデザートまで見た目も素敵で味も美味しかったです。 サービスも空間・インテリアも夜景も最高でした。 店内はモダンな和のテイストで広々としているので、余裕がありとても贅沢な雰囲気です。 大切な人に絶対に喜んでいただける場所だと思います。

    何回も予約を変更したのに、毎回ていねいな対応でした。隣席気にならず、打合せにも最適。サービスの方々も、親切でおしつけがましいところがなく、安心して食事と会話が楽しめました。

    さすがパレスホテルというだけあって、サービス含め素晴らしい対応でした。 接待で使わせていただきましたが、食事中の会話など遮ることなく、自然にお料理を運んでいただき、お客様もご満足いただけたと思います。 お料理の注文の際、アレルギーなど確認してもらえたら良かったなと思います。

    ランチの時間帯にお伺いしました！ おもてなしも、料理も全てにおいて素敵でした。 料理は、一品一品繊細さを感じましたし、味に優しさを感じました。 デザートも手が込んでいてとても美味しかったです。 帰る前にトイレをお借りしたのですが、掃除が行き渡っていて、とても綺麗でした。

    We had a lovely meal. It was my birthday and they made it extra special with an added small course of rice with gold leaf in a good luck box and a special birthday message with dessert. It was my first meal in Japan and it was a chance to enjoy the delicious food, beautifully presented and amazing service.
