   The food was great. Service, not so much. We never saw our waiter again after we ordered. We had to flag down someone to get our bill

   Do not eat here. Worst dining experience in Louisville yet. Food was terrible and service was even worse. Very mismanaged. We almost had to walk out without even paying our check because they were so inattentive. Every table around us was experiencing the same problems.

   This has been a great option for us while we stayed at the hotel. Great food choices, food was delicious and staff was amazing.

It felt like the restaurant was simply repurposing its hotel buffet space for dinner service, offering the same buffet-quality food but at an upscale price. While the ambiance might suggest a high-end dining experience, the reality didn't match up. If you're looking for a meal that justifies the cost, you might want to explore other options.

   Our server was terrible, the buffet was out of so many things and we got there early enough where it shouldn’t be like that.

   My students and I were at the Galt House for KMEA All State Choir. The restaurant was packed. The staff handled our group of 9 + other groups efficiently and in a timely manner. Big improvement this year!

   Server was fine, but he didn't give us the right amount back, $84.80 out of a 100.00 he gave us 4.00 back, we ask him if we could get a single pattie berger and he said yes, he then charged us for a double berger, we asked him about the charge and he said they didn't have a key for single bergers so he had to charge the price for a double.
