Water Grill has been serving seafood in Downtown Los Angeles since 1989. This was our first time at the Water Grill and it was excellent. The cold seafood bar was amazing (I haven't seen one this good since I left NYC) and my husband said the steak was perfect. Most outstanding was the service! The gentleman who served us (Royce) was truly one of the most attentive and polite servers I can remember. It was my birthday and I mentioned I was living Keto when he offered rolls. He remembered this and made sure all my dishes were Keto compliant. That was so thoughtful and very much appreciated. A++ for the Water Grill. (Not written by John - written by his spouse)

We absolutely enjoyed EVERYTHING about our experience! Service was top notch, food was excellent, loved the wine. Our waiter was exceptional and the ambiance was wonderful … the building itself is a hidden gem. Will return again and again!
