The drinks and fois gras appetizer were delicious! The entrees were less than. I ordered Snapper w/risotto which was like glue, and the fish was over cooked to my liking. My fault really- rarely is risotto done well. Spouse ordered the Beef Stroganoff which was very bland and the “ribeye” steak was so chewy he couldn’t eat it. It Looked delicious, it just wasn’t. That said the place was bustling and a 45 min wait if no reservation. Many people greeted each other so we assume locals. I think this is a case in which we simply ordered incorrectly. We would give it another go if in the area.

The chef closed because there was a breif power outage. All restuarants open, including Fuse...directly across from Whiskey Alley. The canceled our reservation 15 min before arrival. Thankfully Fuse accomodated us.

The food was very good. It was Mothers Day and the restaurant DID NOT have our reservation and was unable to seat us inside. The only table left was a fire pit table in the courtyard. We made the best of it, but you need to check with this establishment because even after showing them the email and text confirmation, they could not find it in their system.

Outstanding chef. Ever changing menu makes for some great finds. I try something new most every time we go. Bar stock is top top shelve all the way. This restaurant has become one of our date night go to place.

After 25 minutes of being seated, the waitress told us that the cocktail I ordered from the menu couldn’t be made due to missing ingredient. So I ordered another. It then took another 30 minutes to receive that drink. When our water glasses were empty, we had to ask for more water, and waited 20 minutes for water. After this hour, we asked to speak with the manager, who defended the situation by saying, “Well we’re busy and only have one bartender, but I’ll take the one drink off your bill.” He acted annoyed that we complained about the poor service. Our food was great, but it’s not worth the lack of service and ability to bring drinks to the table.

We arrived a little early for our reservation, but we were seated right away! Server was new but knowledgeable and attentive. Good: Crab Mac & Cheese - delicious! Charcuterie Board - build your own - great! Fish & Chips - awesome! Pastrami Reuben - awesome! Other entrées were not memorable Atmosphere was excellent. We were outside on the patio as the weather was great! We will return!! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!
