   The food was good, but the service was not. There was a misunderstanding when the server explained the gift card promotion. The manager did not take ownership of the situation, and our original server gave us attitude after the situation.

   food, drinks and dessert were all amazing! first time here and loved it! our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. She was training someone and we didn’t even notice because she stayed on top of taking care of us. she went above and beyond to make the experience very comfortable and will definitely be coming back.

   So glad that WC came to our area. Now I don’t have to drive to Dallas to enjoy! Service is always impeccable and food always delicious.

   We had the fried green tomatoes and deviled eggs for appetizers along with an smoked old fashioned, triple threat old fashioned, a guava gimlet and a bourbon whiskey flight. The drinks did not disappoint and the appetizers were delicious. For entrees, we ordered the Rotisserie Farm Bird, Shrimp & Grits and the Bone-In Pork Chop the waitress recommended. She was right, the pork chop was juicy and flavorful. Of course we had a whiskey cake for dessert which was large enough for the 4 of us to share. We will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes!

   We have been to Whiskey Cake a number of times and have never been disappointed. Good alway excellent and our server Lauren was great also on another visit Arlene was very helpful. Thanks we always enjoy your restaurant.
