The Valentines Day White Castle Dining Experience is annual tradition. The only problem we encountered is that, despite confirmation (and obviously the arrival of this email), our Open Table reservation was not on the reservation list for the S. High store. Thankfully, they had an open table available.

The heat was a real issue. The restaurant was so cold all the staff continue to make apologies. Nearly all the customers were wearing their coats as they ate their dinner. It wasn’t because of the door being open but it was a true heating issue and everyone could tell. That’s why I didn’t give all 5’s

Was so fun for the valentines day dinner! We took our kids and the whole place was decorated with a rose on each table, balloons, etc. It was a fun little way to celebrate as a family...other tables had wine so I think its byob also! People were dressed up, some were not, but overall so cute and festive.

This is has been my family tradition and now I am including friends for the past few years since my husband got sick and passed. We have been coming around 13 years. We absolutely love it. Every has a great time of good food and fellowship. Your staff goes beyond to make our time number 1. We always look forward to the next one. Thank you for doing this

White Castle staff really are not servers, and it seems that someone quit that night, leaving a single employee to try to cover the entire restaurant as waiter and host. This was not fair to her, and she maintained her composure. In short, it was kind of a disaster, but not her fault, and the atmosphere was fabulously bizarre. It was the best Valentine's Day ever. I think they should give that waitress a raise for sticking around.
