Service was uneven. It could be a combination of takeout service being available, Not enough staff or disorganized. Have gone about the last 8 years.

Aways a great night! We've been doing this for about ten years now and it's always fun. White Castle does a great job with Valentine decorations and switching to table service for this one special day a year.

Wow very impressed how they transformed White Castle into a little love restaurant….servers attend to you table side and were really friendly and accommodating. Really had a fun time!

Parking decorated for Valentine's Day! Car-hop service was great! No issue with OpenTable reservation. The car-hop had an inventory to check. Full menu was available. We ordered through car-hop, but WC app could've been used. We can wait to go back in 2022 for an indoor experience!
