The food was delicious and we will be back the next time we are in Leavenworth. We went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our server made it a point to read our notes on our reservation and to bring us a celebratory glass of champagne to celebrate. We paid the $60 fee to reserve the igloo for ambience and although the privacy was nice, we will probably forgo this option in the future. It was a bit too much on the drip/condensation/snowy walk to the “igloo” to justify the cost. But overall, the service was great, food was great, and we left happy!

After reading reviews, with a rating of 4.7, I anticipated an above average experience. Our party stayed in an igloo, which was great. Did not understand why there was a charge for the igloo, but paid it for the ambiance since it was a special occasion. We were there for lunch and the starters were very good. The entrees were not. Fish and chips were average with a side of mediocre Cole slaw. Caesar salad with blackened salmon was not worth eating, as it was overcooked salmon filet and an underdressed poorly cut romaine. I hope this was just a representation of lunch and the dinner chef is better because the location and ambiance makes me want to return. Not the food.

Dennis, Thanks for your feedback! We’re sorry the entrees didn’t live up to expectations. That’s never what we want, and we’d love to have you back to give us another shot—sometimes things don’t come out quite right, but we’re always aiming for consistency. As for the igloo charge, it’s there for a reason—keeping them warm, dry, and running smoothly takes a ton of effort, and serving outside in winter adds a whole extra layer of work. The cost simply reflects what goes into making that experience possible. Of course, guests are always welcome to dine indoors without the additional charge, but we’re glad you chose to enjoy the igloo! We appreciate your visit and hope to see you again for a meal that fully hits the mark. Best, Colin (GM)

This is our favorite restaurant in the area, and my wife and I eat here often when at Lake Wenatchee. The manager Colin is very personable, and the food is delicious. Great service and ambience (though a little loud when there is live music). The mushroom appetizer with thyme cream is delicious (be sure to get an order of focaccia bread to dredge up the luscious sauce) and the calamari is the best we’ve ever had!

Great food and even better service. We ordered the shrimp and crab cake, tenderloin with gnocchi and short ribs with a creamy tube-like pasta (can’t remember the name). The meat was cooked perfectly and the pasta and gnocchi tasted great. Their pastas are excellent. Our server was attentive and provided us information about the local area.

Fantastic dinner menu and our service was perfect. A great night out place or special occasion. As it was my husbands birthday, we were surprised with a desert and candle. So fun!

We enjoyed dinner here. Every dish was flowing with flavor. Each portion was very generous enhancing the overall value (and allowing us with some leftovers). Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful experience! The service was incredibly kind, attentive, and informative. The ambience of the restaurant was both welcoming and comfortable. The food itself was so incredible, the entire group couldn’t say enough good about the food on the way home.

My family had the best experience at this gem of a restaurant. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. In particular, we were really blown away by the service - the chef himself came by to ensure we were happy and made us feel very welcomed. We will be back next time we are in the area!
