   Excellent meal, great waitress, prompt service. It was very busy so it was a bit noisy but the meal and service more than made up for it.

   The food was great and the service was outstanding. Enjoyed the Prime Roast and the Creme Brulee dessert. My husband enjoyed tehe Prime Rib Roast also and the Chocolate Lava Cake.

   We were a group of 4, 3 of us ordered the burgers and each one was terrible, 2 were burnt (1 to the point of not being able to cut through it with a steak knife) and the third salad was very old dry and wilted. The cheese was just an unmelted square of the plastic cheese. The server was absolutely lovely and very apologetic and understanding (took all 3 of our burgers off the bill)Had breakfast here and it was great! Maybe just an off night for the chef.

   3 pf the 4 of us ordered the special prime rib dinner. Obviously many were doing the same thing as the restaurant was quite full. I ordered a 12 oz medium rare. When it came, it was well done. I ate it but was not that happy. One of the 4 of us did not receive the packet of vegetables thus we had to ask for it. We ordered a large caesar salad to be split between 2 of us. it came and the bowl was placed on top of my plate. I then had to use my salad fork to split the salad between the two of us. When we arrived there was no place evident to hang up coats. Overall, the food was fairly bland similar to what one would expect in a cafeteria. I would not recommend this restaurant. The quality has really deteriorated over the years. They can do much, much better. The facilities are all there. It will just take a bit of imagination and effort.

   Reservation #7463 table of three. Thanksgiving Dinner. Arrived ten-fifteen minutes early , told to wait in the lounge, guessing ilounge was closed as no server came to see if we would like a beverage while we waited. Wait staff came to take us in to the dining room, then changed their mind and told us to go wait again, third try we got in and seated. No longer free bread available, apparently too expensive, good thing we didn't want any at that time. Asked if we would like a happy hour beverage, we ordered the wine, waitress failed to mention that only the 6 oz was happy hour price, not the 9oz, we unknowingly ordered the 9oz. When one of us ordered a second glass, we were then told it was not the happy hour price. Not happy about this late information $17.75 per 9oz, ridiculous! We felt a bit rushed to order our food asap, only two wait staff for the room, and a guy wandering around with an iPad... seemed to be a lot of confusion going on...two wait staff were busy elsewhere ..... Two of us ordered Wings for an Appetizer $14.00ea and the Thanksgiving Dinner Special $42.99ea. Wings were good, could have been cooked more. We received the squash soup first, French onion soup came later, then our wings. Squash soup was barely warm. Main course portions were small for the price. Pumpkin Pie was okay. One of us had the French Onion soup $11.00 was hot good. And the Prawn Fettuccine $28.00, barley warm, tasteless cream sauce, Garlic toast, cold, $1.99 cuz, no bread. Took most of this order home. Asked for a takeout box and a desert menu, by the time they arrived two of us had finished our dessert, so no dessert ordered by the other.

   We really enjoyed celebrating our 44th anniversary at Winstons. We both had prime rib because that was the special. My only complaint is that the server should be told ahead of time that it is a special occasion.

    We had a party of 11 for a birthday party (for 2). The service was fantastic, the food was delicious! Best prime rib I have ever had. Will definitely be back again soon!
