Service was very slow . Dirty Martinis were cold and made well. The stir fry steak was tasteless. Sushi was excellent. .

My girlfriend and I had reservations at 6pm and we got there on time and were told there was still a 25 minute wait. Aside from that and not being served for 20 minutes after being seated, it was a delightful meal and a very nice waitress. She made great recommendations as it was our first time trying sake and dining at this restaurant!

We normally have a great time. I think they were overwhelmed tonight. But My water glass was dirty, food cool, took long, bathrooms dirty. Not prepared tonight

WORST service. Originally had reservations in the dining room needed to adjust the time by 15 minutes then only high tops were available which was fine. When we arrived high tops weren’t available and dining room was .. again fine. Once sat we waited 15 minutes until then going to get host to ask for a server to be sent over .. in this time we were not even brought waters. Server finally came over about 25 minutes after being sat. At this point we knew everything we wanted we both ordered a drink 2 appetizers and our main course and asked for waters… Water was served , then appetizers. My husbands beer was served at this point we said we were still waiting on my drink … 50 minutes later my drink finally came .. once our food finally came we asked for boxes and the check. Luz our server did make a martini for me herself and she did seem very busy she was kind but the lack of attention and service times without acknowledging it was insane. Wont be back

We went there for Valentine’s Day. We knew it was going to be crowded obviously but there were drastically understaffed. Our server did his very best to give us attention and make recommendations but because he was waiting on 15+ tables at the same time it took a very long time to get food and drinks

Went for my birthday dinner and had a lovely sushi dinner. Started with the fried calamari which was very good. Our server was very attentive and had our drinks and calamari on the table quickly. We ordered the Wok N Fire Dragon Sushi Platter. It was huge and well worth the price. It was enough for two meals almost. It had three of my favorite rolls Inky, Scorpion, and Black Widow. The sashimi and nigiri was fresh and delicious as well. Thank you Wok N Fire for making my evening special.
